Watch is very nice. I ordered it way before Christmas but it arrived after the holiday. It did not fit my wrist. Customer service graciously sent two additional links to solve that issue but that took awhile as well.

When it arrived the watch had something under the crystal. Instead of sending it back I took it to my jeweler and for $25 he was able to take the watch apart and remove the debris. Wolfpoint refused to reimburse me for the repair. I thought that was much cheaper than returning the watch for another one, and was surprised they refused my request for a credit. I have now asked them for a $25 credit towards another watch, and am waiting for a reply. But I really do love the watch. It is gorgeous and fits so comfortably on my wrist. Hoping for a positive outcome.
